Through participating in a Planning Essentials workshop facilitated by Academia, leadership teams can understand the essential elements for creating a technology-rich learning environment, create an individual project plan for their context and discover an integrated approach for managing the deployment through each stage of implementation.

Here’s what you’ll experience

Examine essential elements for creating a technology-rich learning environment based on best practices from institutions around the world.

Discover an integrated approach to managing your project through each stage of implementation.

Learn about a project management process that sets expectations and develops and manages project scope.

Create an individual project plan that identifies and plans for risk and issue management.

By the end of this workshop, you’ll leave as a team with the beginnings of an effective plan grounded in your vision for a more relevant and personal learning environment.

Who should attend

This free workshop is designed for the leadership team from your institution responsible for delivering your technology initiative.

Teams should include a Headteacher, Curriculum Director, and IT Director or their equivalents.

This is a 3 hour workshop, delivered on-site at your institution or preferred location.
