About the event

Apple and Academia invite you to a one-day event hosted at the Apple European HQ in London. Discover  the many ways in which  Apple technology is helping  all learners in Schools and Colleges to  develop vital skills and attributes  to  engage and thrive  in an ever-changing workplace

During the day, you will hear from Apple and Academia on the importance of planning your iPad journey. Simon Pile from Anson Primary School will lead a highly engaging session on developing creativity using activities from Apple’s Everyone Can Create programme, where students can develop and communicate ideas through drawing, photography, video and music. Simon will also cover the Everyone Can Code program that lets anyone develop problem solving, curiosity, resilience and perseverance through learning and writing code. Paul Hutton will share how iPad enables all learners to access content, manage their time, communicate and share with peers using the assistive features that are built into iPad.
